How It Works

We verify service manually right now, so it takes one quick step to get your code:

  1. Email us proof of service at [email protected]. A photo of your military ID, DD‑214, department badge, or a recent pay stub all work. Feel free to black out or redact any sensitive info (ID numbers, addresses, pay figures) — we only need to confirm your service, not your details.
  2. We review it and reply within 3 business days with your single-use 10% coupon code.
  3. Enter the code at checkout and your 10% comes right off the order.

A few things to know:

• Each code is single-use and applies to one order.

• The discount can’t be stacked with other promo codes or active sales.

• Codes expire 30 days after we issue them.

Who qualifies for the discount?

Active-duty military, veterans, police and law enforcement, firefighters, and EMS/paramedics. If you’re currently serving or have served in any of these roles, you’re covered.

What counts as proof of service?

Any one of the following: a military ID, DD‑214, department or agency badge/ID, or a recent pay stub showing your employer. You’re welcome to redact sensitive information — we just need enough to confirm your service.

How long is my code good for?

Codes are valid for 30 days from the date we send them. If yours expires before you get to use it, just email us and we’ll issue a fresh one.

Can I use it with other discounts?

The service discount is single-use and can’t be combined with other coupon codes or stacked on top of an active sale. It’s a straight 10% off your order.

How soon will I get my code?

We reply within 3 business days of receiving your proof of service.
