How to Order

Please place orders on the website www.outbackadventureproducts.com

orders are processed through PayPal and can be done with a CC or through a PayPal account if you have one.

International Orders

Shipments outside the US must be paid in U.S. Dollars (Credit Cards are the easiest method of payment for Export Orders). International shipping is usually through FedEx or USPS whichever has the best international rates. If you prefer a different shipping carrier please indicate in the email.  All taxes, import duties, tariffs, GST quarantine fees or any other fee or tax imposed are the responsibility of the purchaser.

How We Ship:   Most orders ship by FedEx Ground. Some orders may ship via US Postal Service. If you want to receive merchandise faster, several optional Express methods of shipment are available at an additional cost.

Signature Required for Deliver

Due to the number of Trailgaters that have grown legs not made it into the hands of the paying customer, we now require a signature for delivery.

Methods of Payment

Payment can be made by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or PayPal.  COD is not available.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped or delivered to a Utah address will be charged Sales Tax.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of delivery for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product less actual shipping costs. We only specify that the product not be used, damaged, missing components or documentation. Refunds do not include shipping costs.

Please call ahead for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Place your name and RMA number on the package for efficient identification, and insure all returns for your protection. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods.

Damaged Shipments

All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be refused.
